Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures for complex enterprise systems, including both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Lead the definition of technical standards, governance, and best practices to ensure high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable architectures.
  • Develop and present high-level architecture designs and detailed implementation roadmaps that align with both technical and business strategies.
  • Act as the primary technical leader for major projects, guiding teams through complex design challenges, trade-offs, and implementation decisions.
  • Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, tools, and frameworks to achieve business objectives and technical excellence.
  • Oversee system integration strategies, including API management, microservices, data flows, and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor and coach senior developers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and learning.
  • Ensure that solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring that solutions align with long-term goals and are adaptable to evolving requirements.
  • Drive initiatives around DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices within the architecture framework.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and advise on their applicability and value to the organization.

Note: The position may require international travel for periods of 3 month to 6 months continuously per year. Candidates must accept this requirement as part of the position.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on solution architecture and system design.
  • Extensive experience in architecting and designing enterprise-grade systems using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Proven expertise in architecting scalable solutions using microservices, serverless, event-driven design, and cloud-native patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DDD) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data architecture, including relational, NoSQL databases, and data integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of API management, integration strategies, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience leading architectural reviews, governance, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear and concise English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Knowledge of advanced security principles and frameworks (e.g., zero-trust, IAM, data protection).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture framework.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and large-scale enterprise projects.
