Associate Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Associate Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship owner for a strategic client account. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, account profitability, timely payment collection, and long-term growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, oversee solution delivery in coordination with internal teams, and actively contribute to account expansion opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and understand the business need for a high-value client account.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Operate as the lead escalation point for critical client matters, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with the client to co-develop a clear account roadmap aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Review and approve implementation and deployment plans developed by Project Managers and Solution Architects.
  • Grow new business opportunities within the existing account.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive expansion and revenue growth.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Provide insights, status updates, and recommendations based on data and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily account operations including demand management, invoicing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments by following up on invoices, resolving billing issues, and working with the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and proactively manage aging receivables for assigned accounts.
  • Manage account activity and status in CRM systems for full visibility and efficiency.
  • Track and document client feedback, leads, and open issues for follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
  • Experience with invoicing, payment tracking, and revenue accountability
  • Background in B2B, consulting, or technology preferred
  • Fluent in business English (Spoken & Written)
